Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Itrane website.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered are perfumed objects intended to create olfactory atmospheres.
The visuals presented on the website are non-contractual. Slight variations may exist,
particularly due to artisanal manufacturing.
3. Order
Any order is validated after payment confirmation. Itrane reserves the right to cancel
or refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or payment problem.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
Itrane reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without impacting already validated orders.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via the methods offered on the website.
Transactions are secured.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times may vary between 48 hours and 5 working days for products in stock.
In the case of pre-orders, delivery times may vary between 15 days and 1 month, including production and delivery time.
Itrane cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current practices:
- Standard products may be returned within 7 days of receipt
- Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
8. Liability
Itrane cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products.
Usage recommendations must be followed.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logo) are the exclusive property of Itrane.
Any reproduction is prohibited.
10. Personal Data
The collected information is used solely within the framework of the business relationship.
11. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are governed by Moroccan law.
